The Classic Evo by Gaggia, made of stainless steel, is a portafilter machine capable of preparing up to 2 cups of coffee simultaneously.

The portafilter is compatible with 3 different filters. The pressure pump system operates at 15 bars. The machine is suitable for preparing espresso and cappuccino.

Besides coffee powder, pads can also be used. The water tank has a capacity of 2.1 liters. On the side, there is a steam nozzle for frothing milk.
