CLEANING Maintaining your Ampia is easier with its removable polymeric resin combs. You can clean off dough residues with a simple brush. Ampia is not dishwasher safe! SPEED To ease and speed up work, this machine is equipped with an intuitive bayonet fitting for connection to a Pastadrive motor.
